MPM Founder Presents Winning Paper at IFEX 2019

MPM Private Limited featured an array of foundry solutions, personalised, at the 67th Indian Foundry Congress and IFEX 2019, January 18-20, 2019, at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, India. There was a great response from visitors and delegates, who met the erudite team of experts from MPM at Stall 15, and discussed their specific requirements. It was gratifying to see visible sprouts of transformational change in foundrymen wanting to know more about the benefits of digitalization and analytics.

Mr Deepak Chowdhary, MD and CEO of MPM Infosoft Pvt. Ltd., presented a technical paper at the Congress on January 20th: ”Reducing Rejections and Optimising Additive Consumption by Data Analytics, Machine Learning and IoT–The Next Dimension for Industry 4.0 in Foundry Sand Molding Process Technology”. This paper was co-authored by Mr Murali Krishnan, Senior Product Manager at MPM. The paper won the Soli Commissariat Best Technical Paper Award, a great and wonderful moment for MPM. Major foundry groups, such as Tata Motors, Nelcast, and others are on track for Foundry 4.0. The results, in terms of ROI, speak for themselves.

American Foundry Society (AFS) Metalcasting Congress

MPM Infosoft Pvt. Ltd will be participating in the forthcoming American Foundry Society (AFS) Metalcasting Congress. This leading industry event for education and networking will take place in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, from April 3rd to 5th 2018. The theme of the Congress is Molding a Better Future.

Sandman Attracts Attention at Metalcasting Congress in Wisconsin

MPM Infosoft (Sandman) participated in the 121st AFS Metalcasting Congress, held April 25-27, 2017, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. It was an opportunity to present SANDMAN and connect with fellow foundrymen. Common challenges in optimizing molding sand control in large volume ecosystems were discussed.

The event brought together foundries, vendors, and customers, many of whom had a stall to display their products and services. MPM had Stall No. 150, which attracted several visitors. Deepak Chowdhary, inventor of Sandman and Founder-Director of MPM Infosoft was present, along with Aniruddha Chowdhary and Murali Krishnan, Senior Product Manager.

Visitors expressed considerable interesting SANDMAN and discussed the new technology. Others shared their foundry’s challenges and had queries on improving foundry performance and reducing rejection losses.

MPM at Metalcasting Congress in Milwaukee in April 2017
